Brian Blewitt

Brian is devoted to understanding of the complexities of mental health, and he has experience as a caseworker specializing in working with adults with severe mental illness. He approaches each individual with empathy, respect, and a commitment to meeting them where they are in their journey.

Brian takes an eclectic therapeutic approach, integrating concepts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy (ST), and Humanism. He understands that no single approach works for everyone, so he takes the time to listen, connect, and adapt his methods to best support personal growth. His goal is to help clients not only overcome difficulties but also build self-awareness, resilience, and a deeper understanding of themselves.

Brian believes that growth and healing are possible for everyone, no matter where they are in life. His easygoing and compassionate nature, combined with his deep sense of patience, helps clients feel at ease as they explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a safe and supportive space. Currently pursuing his master’s degree in clinical psychology, Brian is passionate about guiding individuals through challenges and empowering them to create meaningful change. Brian is supervised by Tim Jenkins, LCPC.
