Glad to see you are thinking of embarking on a journey of self-discovery!
Healing can be a transformative experience and I am excited about the prospect of joining you on this path. A person centered therapist can make you feel more understood than ever before in your life. That means that I am very interested in what you say and want to get to know and understand what makes you feel how you feel. My most important task is to get to understand your perspectives on things and how you feel about your life.
I have deep interested in Mindfulness, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Access, and Belonging and have multiple lifelong studies in alternative methods of healing and have a dedication to providing holistic and inclusive support of your needs. I want to foster a space for you for growth, empowerment, and community building so you can get the most out of this experience, and help you get fulfillment and happiness in all other experiences in your life.
Enjoying alternative methods of communications, I hope to be a kindred spirit with you in understanding your interests in meditation, prayer and spirituality, Also having studied many formats for expression, I openly encourage you to discuss with me your thoughts, beliefs and spiritual awakenings using as diverse methods such as reiki, taro and other projective methods of understanding your thoughts, feelings and psyche.
