Does life have you stressed out? There are many things you can do to help yourself manage stress.
1. Remember, you were not as stressed a while ago, and you will soon be peaceful again. 
2. Take 10 deep breaths, hold them for a few seconds. Breathe out all the way. When you are super stressed, do this every hour. 
3. Take 10 minutes to make a short list of 2 to 5 things that you can get done reasonably over the next two hours, even if this means doing things to resolve a crisis or decrease your anxious feelings and get to work. 
4. Having done those things, take a 10 minute timed break involving stretching, deep breathing and maybe a cuppa coffee.
5. Congratulate yourself for taking control and note how much better you feel, noting that you are more in control now.
