Samantha has a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Saint Xavier University. Samantha has been a qualified representative of the customer service/bookkeeping industry for 15 years. Personable and professional under pressure, Samantha is well-versed in customer support and has superior computer skills and telephone etiquette. Samantha is a creative problem solver, detailed oriented, and is greatly skilled in communicating with our patients. As our Executive Assistant, Sam continues to gain experience not only in the mental health field but also with patient support by answering billing and insurance questions, registering as a patient, and more.
